PLEASE HELP US: For the comfort and well being of all, please do not wear any type of scented product to class, (e.g., perfume, cologne, body splash, powders, lotions, creams, etc.). Your classmates and/or instructor may suffer from serious health issues, such as asthma or allergies. In addition, please turn your cell phone to 'silent' / 'vibrate' prior to coming to class. 'MESSY' CLOTHING: Paintstiks can be messy, so please wear clothing and shoes that are appropriate for painting! In general, paintstiks do not 'wash out' of fabric!
FABRIC: Three or Four FQs (approximately 18" x 22") - At least one light and one medium/dark.
FREEZER PAPER: Approximately 12" x width of the paper
STENCIL BRUSHES: Small to medium......avoid big chunky brushes.
SHIVA PAINTSTIKS: Three or more colors of your choice.
PINS: For stabilizing fabric to our foam boards.
LATEX OR VINYL GLOVES: Optional; paintstiks can be messy, so you may want to wear gloves.
CONTAINER: For transporting your finished projects. Paintstiks require a few days to 'cure', therefore, you will want to transport them in something that will prevent them from being smudged.
